Principal & Director of Practice
Ailena Gibby Parramore’s nonprofit journey began in 2005, and she has since raised millions of dollars for organizations in a variety of arenas. Ailena’s background includes work in secondary education, health and human services, and city government. Through Our Fundraising Search, she loves getting to work with a wide variety of organizations and supports them in furthering their missions. She is inspired by the hard work being done by those in the nonprofit sector to support their communities and help others to thrive.
Ailena was born and raised in North Georgia but now resides in the Atlanta area. She is the involved mother of two, and actively engages and volunteers with their school and activities. Outside of her parenting role, she loves the arts, traveling, and reading. She’s always up to host a gathering of friends or family. And she’s been getting back to her small-town roots, with a new interest in homesteading crafts – like gardening, canning, and bread making – as well as raising chickens!
Principal & Managing Director
Dave Paule is an experienced chief executive officer, fundraiser, marketer, writer, and educator. He specializes in jumpstarting stagnant operations, global business turnarounds, and building green-field organizations. Through his work with Our Fundraising Search, Dave is inspired by being able to help nonprofits thrive and accelerate their missions through more sustainable revenue programs as he helps their teams grow their business acumen.
Dave is also an Adjunct Professor of Management for Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business, where he is able to share his wisdom and experience with a new generation of students. When he’s not working, he loves to travel and has visited over 40 countries – getting to meet new people and experience their cultures. His hobbies focus on the great outdoors, where he enjoys hiking, boating, and swimming. And Dave revels in the act of creation, whether that’s writing a story, building a table, or baking a loaf of bread.
Fundraising Consultant
Jenneh Scott consults on philanthropic and development strategies for local and international nonprofits. She is an innovative development professional with a proven record of raising millions of dollars towards social development projects. Currently, Jenneh serves as the Director of Development at Morehouse College. She is inspired by and is passionate about working with programs that support underserved and underrepresented communities with needs or issues that aren’t addressed by governments or corporations.
Jenneh was born in Liberia, West Africa, but grew up in Smyrna, GA and currently resides in Atlanta. She is a member of F3 (Fabulous Female Fundraisers) and the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) – and appreciates the networking connections that these organizations have provided. In her free time, she enjoys caring for a variety of houseplants, organizing movie nights, and taking weekend trips to visit friends and fam.
Founder & Principal Consultant
Our founder, Linda Wise McNay, has a rich background in fundraising. She started Our Fundraising Search, and since then has served over 200 clients in the nonprofit space. She looks at each new client and need as an opportunity to help others learn how to navigate their fundraising challenges. She is inspired by the dedication many individuals in the nonprofit sector show as they work diligently to help others.
Outside of work, Linda likes to focus on her family and loves to join them in traveling to new places. Her hobbies include reading and writing, and she enjoys activities like walking and playing pickleball and board games. Her family values connections to their community through membership at their local YMCA and Linda also connects to their “village” through teaching children’s Sunday School at their church.
